Each artwork is an original print design by Carrie Retallack, created exclusively as a fine art print in her distinctive layered style – a unique form of digital artistry you won’t find anywhere else.
Prints are individually made to order using the highest quality archival inks and materials, designed to retain their vibrancy for a lifetime without fading.
The size listed refers to the finished artwork area. For canvas prints, an additional 5cm mirrored wrap edge is included on every side, so the image continues seamlessly around the stretcher frame without cropping into the main design. If framed, please allow an extra 5cm to both the height and width to account for the floating frame.
Fine art paper prints arrive with a 5cm white border, designed to create a clean, gallery-style finish that enhances the artwork with a timeless, refined look. For example, a 100 × 100cm paper print will feature a 90 × 90cm artwork area plus a 5cm border on all sides.
All prints are available on either canvas or fine art paper. The key distinction lies in the framing: canvas can be displayed without glass, while fine art paper requires protective framing behind glass. Both options deliver exceptional colour results and are produced with archival materials and UltraChrome pigment inks for lasting brilliance.
Canvas: 395gsm poly-cotton canvas, OBA-free and water-resistant, with a subtle linen-like texture that adds depth and detail.
Fine Art Paper: 310gsm 100% cotton matt paper, smooth with a gentle texture, delivering vivid colours and tonal richness with a classic, museum-grade finish.
Canvas: Offered in a premium floating frame, where the artwork appears suspended within its border for a refined and dimensional effect. Frame finishes include Tasmanian oak, with its beautiful natural wood grain, or black and white timber with a smooth matte finish. All frames measure 5.5cm deep with a 1cm front face. A stretched canvas without a frame is also available, presenting the artwork with exposed edges for a clean, contemporary finish.
Fine Art Paper: Available framed in a premium shadow box frame, designed to elevate the artwork with space between the glass and print for a gallery-style effect. Frames measure 4cm × 2cm, or 4cm × 3.5cm for oversized works. Anti-reflective glass is standard; for orders delivered more than one hour outside the CBDs of Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth, high-quality perspex is substituted for safer handling in transit.
Rolled Prints (Canvas or Paper): Unframed rolled prints are securely packaged in protective, rigid mailing tubes to ensure safe delivery. For international orders, this is often the most practical and cost-effective option, allowing you to work with a trusted local framer rather than shipping a large framed piece. We recommend leaving the print in its packaging until it is ready to be professionally framed.
Your order will be created by the team closest to you (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, or Perth) to minimise transit and ensure safe delivery. Depending on your location, one of my framers may deliver in person; otherwise, your artwork will be carefully wrapped, boxed, and dispatched with tracking.

Domestic transit times vary, and customers will receive updates along the way. International orders are best placed as rolled prints, with production and delivery timeframes provided separately after purchase.
