Carrie is a digital fine artist who brings together over twenty years of creative experience in a practice that unites art, design, and personal passion. Her richly layered artworks reflect a lifelong devotion to visual beauty and a desire to create pieces that connect emotionally and elevate everyday living.
Where it began
A lifelong creative, Carrie began as a painter and drawer before pursuing a career in graphic design, working internationally and across Australia. Her design background shaped a strong visual sensibility and deepened her love for interiors, photography, and creative direction – skills she now brings into her fine art practice.
After pausing her fast-paced design career to start a family, she found the time and space to reflect, returning to art with a renewed sense of clarity. What emerged was a distinctive digital practice that blends her artistic roots with the refinement of design.
Driven to Create
Carrie’s practice is shaped by instinct and a deep creative pull – an ongoing need to express, reflect, and feel. What began as a passion has become a personal philosophy: to live in alignment with her own rhythm, and to show her daughters the quiet strength in choosing your own path.
Now based in Perth with her young family, she creates with purpose and clarity – responding to a lingering void she once felt as a collector herself: the absence of art that was affordable yet meaningful, distinctive, and full of depth.
