Customer Survey Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who complete an eligible Carrie Retallack Art survey during the promotional period. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

Promotional period
The promotion opens on 23 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AWST on 30 July 2026.

How to enter
To enter, eligible participants must complete an eligible Carrie Retallack Art survey and provide a valid email address before the closing time. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Limit of one entry per person across all survey versions.

Prize
One winner will receive one unframed X-small paper print of their choice from the Fleurtation collection by Carrie Retallack Art, valued at up to AUD $195. Artwork choice is subject to availability. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash, and no cash difference will be paid where the selected artwork has a lower retail value.

Draw
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a random selection method at 10:00am AWST on 31 July 2026 in Perth, Western Australia. Each valid entry has an equal chance of being selected.

Winner notification
The winner will be notified by email within two business days of the draw using the email address provided with their survey response.

Unclaimed prize
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter may conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries.

Privacy
Information provided through the survey will be used to conduct the survey, inform Carrie Retallack Art’s customer and brand research, and administer the prize draw. Contact details collected for the draw will not be added to a marketing list unless the entrant is already subscribed or separately consents.

General
The Promoter’s decision in relation to the draw is final. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
