About
While I've spent most of my career as a graphic designer, I’ve always known I would return to my original passion for art. These days, although a paintbrush is less often my tool of choice, I’d consider my work to be more organic in style than what many might expect from a digital medium.
Inspired by natural forms, I draw from a palette of rich textures, dynamic compositions, and lustful colour combinations.
Believing that nature offers the greatest textures and patterns, I incorporate it heavily into my work, often featuring photographic content layered through an intuitive process that balances considered curation with uninhibited exploration. While my works may superficially feature familiar floral, landscape, and abstract subjects, a continuous theme of intentional misrepresentation is woven throughout, with layered textures mimicking alternative aesthetic forms, challenging our ingrained perceptions.
Opting to work exclusively in a digital medium not only allows me to explore this creative approach but also enables me to offer a limited run of original artwork in a range of sizes, finishes, and framing options, ensuring a perfect fit for any space — all while maintaining great affordability compared to many traditional art forms.
My artworks are Australian-made, framed, and arrive ready to hang, accompanied by a hand-signed and editioned certificate of authenticity. Plus, with Afterpay, you can shop now and pay later. If you have any questions or customisation requests, I’m more than happy to help. Please get in touch!
Printing
All artwork orders offer the option of print on either CANVAS or COTTON RAG. The primary distinction lies in the framing approach: canvas can be framed without glass, while cotton rag requires framing behind glass for protection.
Both materials deliver nearly identical color results and are crafted with genuine UltraChrome pigment inks, ensuring long-lasting quality. These archival-grade materials are designed to withstand the test of time, maintaining their vibrancy and preventing fading over a lifetime.
Canvas
Prints are produced on a 340gsm 'Lustre' finish canvas. Crafted from an 80/20 mix of polyester and cotton, this material not only showcases deep, vibrant colours with a subtle sheen but also ensures remarkable durability and water resistance.
Cotton Rag
Prints are crafted on a 320gsm 100% cotton rag paper, featuring a smooth matte finish. Without optical brightening agents, this material exhibits natural coloration and carries a light-fast rating of over 100 years, ensuring enduring quality and a timeless aesthetic.
Framing
Canvas Print Framing
All expertly stretched and framed canvas prints are delivered ready to hang, directly to you. Crafted with ethically sourced, durable timbers, every frame measures 55mm in depth with a 10mm front face. A versatile and sustainable oak has been thoughtfully selected for the standard framing of each piece. If you prefer a white or black ash frame (with visible grain) to complement your chosen artwork, feel free to get in touch to purchase.
Cotton Rag Print Framing
Due to the delicate nature of glass required for framing cotton rag prints, we unfortunately do not provide framing services for these prints. All cotton rag prints are carefully delivered, rolled in protective and biodegradable cellophane wrapping, and then placed inside a rigid mailing tube. We recommend avoiding handling them prior to taking them to your preferred framer.
